2. Not Investment Advice

TimeSyncTrading is a technology studio. We build Expert Advisors (EAs), the License Hub, and the Space transparency dashboard. We are not a financial advisor, broker, dealer, or investment firm, and we are not registered to provide investment advice in any jurisdiction. Nothing on the Platform — including the cards shown in Space, the AI features, the Astro / timing signals, or any commentary in our Telegram channels — constitutes investment, trading, or financial advice.

3. Purely Technology, No Account Management

TimeSyncTrading does not manage user accounts, hold user funds, execute trades on behalf of users, or have read/write access to brokerage accounts. The EAs we provide run locally on your own MetaTrader instance. Any decision to trade, what to trade, when to trade, position size, risk per trade, and broker selection is yours alone. We provide the technology — you retain full operational and financial responsibility.

4. Past Performance Is Not Indicative of Future Results

Any backtest, live track record, or historical P&L shown on the Platform (live or screenshot) reflects past market conditions. Markets are non-stationary: a strategy that worked in 2024 may lose money in 2026. Do not extrapolate past performance into future expectations.

5. No Profit Guarantee

Despite rigorous risk controls (position sizing, stop-loss, drawdown protection, equity safeguards), every EA can and will lose trades. You may lose some or all of your trading capital. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and never borrow money to trade.

6. Technical & Operational Risk

The Platform depends on internet connectivity, third-party services (Telegram, brokers, VPS providers, your local MetaTrader instance), and our own infrastructure. Outages, latency, EA bugs, VPS downtime, power loss, or broker server outages can cause unexpected behavior or missed trades. We are not liable for losses caused by such factors.

7. Your Sole Responsibility

By using the Platform you acknowledge that:

• You are the sole person responsible for your trading decisions and the resulting profits or losses.
• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction to engage in leveraged trading.
• Trading in your jurisdiction is legal and you have complied with all applicable local laws and tax obligations.
• You understand the EAs are software tools, not guaranteed income systems, and may perform differently in your account than in the cards shown on Space.

8. Local Law Compliance

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform, the EAs, and any related services complies with the laws and regulations of your country of residence. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit automated trading, forex trading, or EA usage. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeSyncTrading, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or the EAs, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
