1. Data Protection

TimeSyncTrading is committed to protecting your data. We collect only the minimum information needed to operate the Platform — typically your Telegram ID, an Orbit ID token, and license activation state. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

2. No Password Required

The Platform does not require you to create or maintain a password. Authentication is handled through your Telegram account and the Orbit ID token you generate. Keep your Orbit ID private — anyone with the token can post comments, customize, and (for free EAs) claim cards on your behalf.

3. No Access to Your Brokerage Account

TimeSyncTrading cannot access your brokerage account, withdraw funds, place trades on your behalf, or read your balance directly. The Platform only displays the public data your EA broadcasts (account number, open positions, equity, drawdown) for community transparency. The EA itself runs locally on your MetaTrader instance; TimeSyncTrading has no read/write access to your broker.

4. Data Sourced From Your Broker

All trading data shown on the Platform (account number, P&L, positions, balance, equity, drawdown) is provided by your broker via the EA. TimeSyncTrading does not verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy of this data. Any discrepancies must be resolved with your broker directly.

5. Personal Information Risk

Using the Platform involves broadcasting your account number and trading activity to a public-facing dashboard. While we mask the full account number on the public page and restrict detail visibility, the last 4 digits and live P&L are visible. You acknowledge this risk when claiming a card or broadcasting your EA. If you do not want this exposure, do not connect your EA to the Platform.

6. License Terms

• Licenses are non-transferable and tied to a single Telegram account.
• Free and Donation licenses are issued instantly; paid licenses (Subscription tiers) require payment confirmation.
• Licenses may be revoked for abuse (chargeback fraud, harassment, reselling the EA, etc.).

7. Refund Policy

Refunds for paid licenses are handled case-by-case within 7 days of purchase if the EA fails to install. We do not refund based on trading performance — losses (real or perceived) are the trader's responsibility, not grounds for a refund.

Refund may not be applied if:

• The issue is caused by a payment mistake on the buyer's side (e.g. wrong amount sent, wrong payment rail, duplicate transfer). In these cases, please contact support to resolve — we will work with you to credit the duplicate to your account or arrange a re-application of funds.
• The claimed defect is not verified by our technical team (e.g. screenshots of failure without reproducible logs, or a request that does not match an actual install/activation error).
• The request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
• The license has already been successfully activated and the EA has run in a live or demo account.

To start a refund request, open a ticket with @TimeSyncTradingAlgoBot and include: (1) your Telegram ID, (2) the license / invoice reference, (3) the payment proof (screenshot or transaction hash), and (4) a clear description of the issue with screenshots/logs. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

8. Service “As-Is” — No Warranty

The Platform and all EAs are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. TimeSyncTrading does not guarantee uptime, profitability, bug-free operation, or that the Platform will meet your specific requirements. You use the Platform at your own risk.

9. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform is financial advice. We are a technology studio that builds EAs and the surrounding tooling — we are not a financial advisor, broker, or investment firm. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

10. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. License terms in effect at the time of purchase will be honored for the duration of the license period unless terminated for cause (Section 6).

11. Governing Law & Community Dispute Resolution

TimeSyncTrading operates as a community-based, open-source studio. The EAs and tooling are developed and distributed in a community spirit — the Platform is not structured as a traditional B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) commercial operation, and no specific consumer-protection or commercial-law framework is asserted to apply to these Terms.

Dispute resolution: in the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith by contacting us via the Telegram bot (Section 12). If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to neutral, mutually-agreed arbitration rather than to any national court. Nothing in this section removes any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence (where applicable).
